Tom graduated from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville in 1980 with a B.S. in Business Administration, where he was a four-year letterman in basketball and scholar athlete.
Upon graduating, he spent nearly five years working for St. Louis’ McDonnell Douglas Corporation before joining Lehman Brothers in 1985. He maintained his securities registrations there, and its successor firm, Smith Barney, for 20 consecutive years before joining Wachovia Securities, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, in 2005.
In 2016, Tom and his team made the move to Stifel, where he focuses on offering a full suite of services to individuals, families, and small businesses surrounding their short- and long-term goals.
Tom originates from Waterloo, Illinois, and today resides in Town & Country with his wife of nearly 40 years, Stephanie. Tom and Stephanie are both very involved with St. Louis Children’s Hospital and provide volunteer support in many different areas.
Brad graduated from Drury University with a B.B.A. in Finance and an MBA in 2011. He was a four-year letterman in baseball during his college years at Rockhurst University (2007-2008) and Drury University (2009-2010), where he received multiple Academic All-Conference honors.
Brad joined The Schmidt Financial Group in 2011 and was a part of the team’s move to Stifel in 2016. Since joining the team, Brad earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation, which identifies individuals who have met the experience requirements of the Center for Fiduciary Studies, a division of Fi360, have gained a fundamental understanding of the principles of fiduciary responsibility and processes for meeting a defined standard of care, and passed Fi360’s AIF®examination.
Outside the office, Brad serves on the development board at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. He resides in Chesterfield with his wife, Lauren.
